In this blog post, I will focus on using cool colours to create a sense of calm in interior design. Cool colours, such as blues, greens, and greys, are known for their calming and relaxing effects and are a popular choice for creating a peaceful and serene atmosphere in interiors.

What Are Cool Colours And How Do They Affect Mood?

Cool colours are typically thought of as hues that are found in nature, such as blue skies, green trees, and grey clouds. These colours are known for their calming and soothing effects on our emotions and moods. Research has shown that cool colours can lower blood pressure, reduce anxiety, and promote relaxation.
